Laura Hinkle is a Program Coordinator at the Center for Global Sustainability (CGS). She earned her Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University, where her work centered on policy analysis and social policy. She also holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Louisville.
Stephanie Vo is the Maryland program coordinator at the UMD School of Public Policy and Center for Global Sustainability.
Xavier Nelson-Rowntree is a program coordinator at the Center for Global Sustainability. He coordinates and supports research projects across CGS's international portfolios.
Studying physics as an undergraduate, Bradley Phelps' interest in climate policy was sparked through his work in a solar cell laboratory at Binghamton University. Fresh out of his undergrad, he spent several years in an X-ray laboratory as a civilian scientist with the Army.
