Christina joined the Center for Global Sustainability as the Manager for Energy & Climate Change. She previously worked on a Clean Energy Savings for All Americans initiative at the U.S. Department of Energy, and was part of the team that organized and facilitated the Climate Action 2016 summit and Climate Action 2016 forum. She holds a Master of Environmental Policy from the University of Maryland, with a background in Business Management. She was a non-governmental observer to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change's 21st and 22nd Conference of the Parties (COP21 & COP22). Prior, she founded an early stage start-up to address food waste in the inaugural DC Climathon competition, placing third in a global cities challenge, has interned for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and worked for the International Council On Clean Transportation. She is a Fellow at the Clean Energy Leadership Institute.
